1. INTRODUCTION
Lyne Systems & Consultancy (LSC) ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PureAgentive platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. It applies to all users and is governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and other applicable Belgian privacy legislation.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. We may also collect information you provide when configuring AI agents, including uploaded documents and knowledge base content.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information.
AI Interaction Data: Conversations between users and AI agents are processed to provide the Service. Conversation data is stored securely and associated with the relevant tenant account.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR ART. 6)
We process your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis:
- Account creation and service delivery: Art. 6(1)(b) — processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and PureAgentive
- Platform analytics and performance monitoring: Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in understanding how the Service is used and improving it
- Safety monitoring and content policy enforcement: Art. 6(1)(f) and Art. 6(1)(c) — legitimate interest and legal obligation
- Direct marketing communications (where applicable): Art. 6(1)(a) — your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time
- Billing records: Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with Belgian accounting law obligations
Where we rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), you have the right to object at any time (see Section 9).
5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions
- Power AI agent conversations and knowledge retrieval (RAG)
- Send administrative communications
- Monitor platform safety and enforce our content policies
- Generate anonymized analytics and performance insights
6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, AI model providers) under binding data processing agreements
- Law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Other users only as directed by tenant configuration (e.g., public agent interactions)

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In particular:
- OpenAI (United States): may process conversation data when configured as the AI model provider
- Anthropic PBC (United States): may process conversation data when configured as the AI model provider
- Supabase Inc. (United States): database infrastructure
- Stripe Inc. (United States): payment processing
All transfers to third countries are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914). You may request a copy of the applicable SCCs by contacting privacy@pureagentive.com.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Account and profile data: for the duration of the contract plus 3 years
- Conversation data: according to tenant configuration (default 2 years); tenants may adjust this within the platform
- Billing and transaction records: 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law (Act of 17 July 1975)
- Support correspondence: up to 3 years from the date of resolution
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
9. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR ARTS. 15–22)
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing (Art. 21)
- Not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22)
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@pureagentive.com. We will respond within 1 month of receipt of your request. In complex cases we may extend this period by a further 2 months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons within 1 month of receipt.
10. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you believe we have processed your personal data in violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority:

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work within the EU.
11. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Our safety and content moderation systems use automated checks to enforce platform content policies. These automated checks do not produce solely automated decisions with a legal effect or similarly significant effect on natural persons. Human review is available for all enforcement actions. Please contact support@pureagentive.com if you believe an automated decision has affected you unfairly.
12. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a personal data breach, we will:
- Notify the APD/GBA within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (Art. 33 GDPR)
- Notify affected data subjects without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms (Art. 34 GDPR)
- Maintain an internal record of all breaches
13. COOKIES
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. See our Cookies Policy at /cookies for details.
14. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM), encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies, role-based access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials.
15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact privacy@pureagentive.com immediately and we will take steps to delete it. We set the age threshold at 16 as a matter of platform policy, above the Belgian statutory minimum of 13 (GDPR Art. 8), to ensure additional protection.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification with at least 30 days' advance notice for paid subscribers. For consumer users, changes will not take effect without clear notice and, where required, renewed consent.
