1. OUR COMMITMENT
PureAgentive is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
2. STANDARDS
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
3. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
Keyboard Navigation:
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- Visible focus indicators are provided throughout the interface
- Skip navigation links are available on admin pages
Color and Contrast:
- Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Our primary brand color (violet-700, #6d28d9) is used for small text where WCAG contrast is needed
- The interface does not rely on color alone to convey information
Screen Readers:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- ARIA labels on interactive components
- Form inputs have associated labels
- Status messages and notifications use ARIA live regions
Chat Interface:
- Chat messages are announced to screen readers
- The input bar supports keyboard submission
- Widget embeds support theme preferences (light/dark) to match host page context
Responsive Design:
- The interface adapts to different screen sizes and orientations
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
4. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
- Some third-party video avatar providers may have limited accessibility controls
- Live broadcast interfaces are actively being improved for screen reader support
- PDF documents uploaded to knowledge bases retain their original accessibility level

6. EUROPEAN AND BELGIAN LEGAL FRAMEWORK
PureAgentive is committed to compliance with the following legal requirements:
European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882/EU): Establishes harmonised accessibility requirements for products and services in the EU, including digital services, applicable from 28 June 2025.
Belgian transposition: The European Accessibility Act has been transposed into Belgian law by the Act of 11 May 2022. Belgian enforcement authorities may receive complaints about non-compliant digital services.
EN 301 549 technical standard: The relevant harmonised European standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, specifying ICT accessibility requirements.
7. ENFORCEMENT
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant national enforcement body in your EU member state. Belgian users may contact the relevant Belgian enforcement authority designated under the Act of 11 May 2022.
EU users may also escalate unresolved complaints to the national enforcement body of their member state of habitual residence.
