1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it. This Policy explains which cookies PureAgentive uses, why, and your rights in relation to them under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC) and GDPR.
2. LEGAL BASIS
Essential cookies: We rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary to perform the contract / provide the Service you requested) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
Optional analytics and preference cookies: We rely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. These cookies are not set until you provide consent via our cookie banner (see Section 5).

- Dashboard layout preferences: stored in localStorage, not a cookie
4. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Our payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies during checkout flows as described in Section 3. AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) do not set cookies directly through our Service. Embedded chat widgets on third-party sites respect the host page's cookie preferences via the theme parameter.
Stripe's cookies are subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy.
5. PRIOR CONSENT
Non-essential cookies (analytics, preference cookies, and third-party tracking cookies) require your prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before they are set, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and Belgian law.
Consent is collected via our cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time with the same ease as it was granted — for example, through the cookie preference controls linked in our footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not gate access to the Service on acceptance of non-essential cookies.
6. MANAGING COOKIES
You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies
- Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly
- You can clear cookies at any time through your browser
Browser-specific guidance: consult your browser's help pages or www.aboutcookies.org.
7. COOKIE RETENTION
Essential session cookies expire when your browser session ends. Stripe's __stripe_mid cookie is retained for 1 year; __stripe_sid for 30 minutes. Analytics cookies (when deployed) will be listed here with their specific retention periods.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookies Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes affect cookies that require consent, we will re-request consent as appropriate.
9. COMPLAINTS
If you believe our use of cookies violates your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA):
